A 6-week journey to dissolve self-doubt, quiet your inner critic, and rediscover freedom in music
in today's stressful and overwhelming industry.
Freezing up right before you play, even though you know the music.
Comparing yourself to other musicians until you feel like giving up.
Starting a project with excitement… then losing steam and abandoning it.
Feeling disconnected from the joy that brought you to music in the first place.
Don't worry, we designed this experience to help with that, and more.
Even the most passionate musicians hit a wall.
You sit down to play… and instead of joy, you feel pressure.
Instead of inspiration, you feel judgment.
Instead of freedom, you feel stuck.
It’s not because you’ve “lost your talent” or “don’t work hard enough.”
It’s because your mindset and habits have been wired in a way that works against your creativity.
Clear and calm instead of anxious.
Motivated instead of stuck.
Inspired instead of drained.
That’s what Musician Rewired was built for.
Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn to transform your inner critic, release perfectionism,
and reconnect with the flow that made you fall in love with music in the first place.
This isn’t about playing more scales or grinding longer hours.
It’s about rewiring the way your mind relates to music, so every note feels alive again.

As an award-winning pianist, composer, and educator, I’ve spent my career helping thousands of musicians unlock their creative potential. But I’ve also faced the weight of performance anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout firsthand. Through years of trial, error, and healing with the help of my collaborator on this course, Isaac Hunnewell, I’ve found ways to rebuild my relationship with music, and I’m here to share that journey with you.
Isaac is a mindfulness coach with a background in clinical psychology, spirituality, and music. After years of battling anxiety and creative paralysis himself, he’s developed a unique approach that blends parts work, embodiment, and mindfulness to help musicians overcome inner roadblocks and flourish.

Most of us have written and re-written subconscious, internal stories about who we are, how we function, how we relate to others, and how all of that fits together into who we are as musicians. In week one, we explore a method for detecting these stories, understanding where they're coming from, and finally, bringing them to the conscious level so we can rewrite them and change the way we perceive ourselves and our relationships to music.
A longstanding, proven psychological system is that of "Parts Work," a method for breaking down your different mental "personalities" and communicating with them individually. Learn to understand the different “voices” in your mind, and learn how to speak to them and separate them so that you understand yourself on a deeper level, and quiet the voices that work against you.
It's not that hard to create a to-do list, or even a list of long-term goals — but, far too often, we create them without truly understanding our wants and needs. That leads to straight up creating long-term goals that aren't necessarily true to what you actually want. In this week, we examine the process, creating a long-term vision board, but, doing it using unique framing and techniques to make sure you're getting to the bottom of what your goals really are.
When's the last time you honed into your body either before or during playing? We often forget that our body sends us all sorts of signals that can be life changing if we are aware of them. Usually, we are told to listen to our minds, when in reality, if we listened to our bodies, we might gain greater clarity. In Week 4, we dive deep into somatic techniques and understanding what your body has to say to make sure you sit down at, or pick up your instrument, with a healthy mindset conducive to successfully playing and creativity.
Entering the flow state is an obvious, but difficult skill to work towards. In Week 5, we explore a variety of Creative Attunement techniques that you'll be able to use for the rest of your life to encourage mental tranquility, freedom, and ultimately experience much more creative flow.
Who are you truly as a musician? Too often, we let outside voices dictate what we love, what we play, and how we spend our time in the practice room. In Week 6, we bring together all the techniques, knowledge, and self-awareness we've built throughout the course to help you discover the musician you really want to be, including what to work on, your sound, and your ultimate truest voice.
We understand lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit.
If you've ever struggled with any mental roadblocks with regards to making music, performing, or just being creative in general, this course is designed for you. We address things like: being hard on yourself, feeling competitive, struggling to get out of your head while playing, and more.
This course is special because it has such an integral live element, with twice-weekly group sessions that have a personal element. With that in mind, we have a partial refund policy — If you request a partial refund within 7 days of purchase, we will refund half of the course price to you.
These live group sessions are held on Zoom. They are a chance to bring your questions, concerns, and have the chance to get personalized, direct feedback. We will stagger the timings to give everyone the best possible chance to attend, but of course cannot guarantee that they will align with your personal schedule.
